I've learned a lot this year, and have much to be thankful for. One amazing journey that has come to an end for me is: Western Front. For everyone who supported us at one of our shows, or picked up a copy of our killer ep, THANK YOU! Your support and encouragement our passion meant the world to us.Currently, I am watching a recorded Coldplay concert thinking about the dreams I had for this band to take over the world of music, much like coldplay. Playing sold-out amphitheaters, selling millions of records, and giving the world something they have never heard before. I wanted the best for WesternFront, and each one of the guys involved. However, my priorities and vision has changed over the past couple months. After much thought and prayer, I have decided to pursue a solo path in music. I wish all the guys the best, and hold nothing against anyone. Each one of the guys have all the heart and passion in the world to accomplish their dreams and I know they will. To the guys: thank you for being patient with me, the long drives, the money spent, the hot practices in Michaels garage, the huge amounts of time and energy you all put in, I know each one of you made huge sacrifices for this band. Even though it was a short lived run, I look back on everything we experienced together and feel very thankful.
As for my direction; several doors, and opportunities have opened up for me and I have never been more excited about music in my life. Everynight I feel like a kid going to disneyland the next day and have a hard time falling asleep recently. I'm hitting the studio with some of my closest friends this month, and I couldn't be more blessed by them and their support. I'm gratefull for where I've been, but am more excited for where I'm headed.
